This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Overall it was a comfortable stay. We really loved to chill in the nearby Champps. Very accommodating stuff. King room was with a flat-screen TV, a seating area and a writing table.

Our stay here was great, decent base for exploring Irving. Friendly staff, you know. Really liked the bed, it was super. The pool was a delight too.

I like the option of in door jacuzzi and pool mainly jacuzzi the breakfast was really good having a option for room service was a great!
So many kids at and in the jacuzzi and pool so late I think after a certain resonable time a 18 and older like after 10 pm

The double beds were too small and noone cleaned our room on Thanksgiving day.

location was great, price was good, and loved the indoor pool and spa.
There is a back patio open at all hours. A group of people were sitting outside drinking and being rowdy all night. We asked the front desk to quiet them down. We called at 11:30pm, 1:30am, and 3:30 am and they were still out there. We got no sleep that night and actually packed our bags and left at 4am.

Nice from start to finish. The breakfast was the best set up ive ever seen as far as included breakfast. And the bed was the best ever too, I really didnt want to get up on check out day.
I was looking forward to the indoor pool. It wasnt bad at all but probably is the thing I liked least.

The staff was the most helpful, friendliest people I have ever met in my extensive travels. This includes state and national parks, hotels, and a Carnival cruise! These people went out of their way to make us feel we were their priority.
No complaints whatsoever!

I liked the bed I had and it was close to the LPGA Texas Shootout
I was the only one eating breakfast and watching the golf channel , the cook came in and turned the channel without asking if I was watching , she then changed it back when I said I was watching that ! Lol
